Refund Policy

1. Overview

LiteRange Technologies stands behind the quality of Point Blank Simulator. Because our product is downloadable software delivered with a license key, all sales are generally considered final upon delivery. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to reach a fair resolution. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Software Warranty

LiteRange warrants that Point Blank Simulator 5 will perform substantially as described in its published product documentation at the time of purchase, under normal use conditions and on hardware meeting our published minimum system requirements. This limited warranty does not cover issues caused by incompatible third-party hardware, user modifications, misuse, or operating environments outside our stated requirements. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.

3. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your license key has not yet been delivered or activated at the time of your cancellation request, we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Once a license key has been delivered to your email address, the order is considered fulfilled and the standard refund policy below applies.

4. Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund except in cases of a verified technical defect that LiteRange is unable to resolve (see Section 6 below).

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: (a) you have changed your mind after the license key has been delivered and activated; (b) you purchased the Software without verifying that your hardware meets our published minimum system requirements; (c) the Software does not perform as expected due to incompatible third-party hardware not listed as supported; (d) you have violated our Terms and Conditions, resulting in termination of your license; or (e) the refund request is submitted after the 14-day eligibility window.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents the Software from functioning as described on our Site, please contact our support team before submitting a refund request. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within five (5) business days. Depending on the nature of your issue, the resolution may take the form of a bug fix, a software update, a license replacement, or a full refund. If we are unable to resolve a verified technical defect within that timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund regardless of whether the 14-day window has passed. We will confirm the outcome of your support request and any associated refund or resolution by email.

7. Founders Edition Considerations

The Founders Edition of Point Blank Simulator 5 is an early-access version of the Software made available at a promotional price. By purchasing the Founders Edition, you acknowledge that features and functionality may continue to evolve and that some features described on our Site may be delivered via subsequent updates. The existence of in-development features does not in itself constitute grounds for a refund, provided the Software functions at the level described for the Founders Edition at the time of sale.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include: (a) the email address used at time of purchase; (b) your FastSpring order number or transaction ID; and (c) a clear description of the reason for your request, including any technical issues encountered and steps already taken to resolve them.

We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days to let you know whether your request has been approved and what the resolution will be (refund, software fix, license replacement, or other remedy). Approved refunds are processed through FastSpring. Once processed, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

9. License Revocation Upon Refund

Upon approval and processing of a refund, your software license will be deactivated and you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the Software. Continued use of the Software following a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms and Conditions and applicable copyright law.
