LiteRange Technologies | Effective Date: February 21, 2026

1. Introduction

LiteRange Technologies (“LiteRange,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights with respect to that information when you visit www.literange.com (the “Site”), purchase our Software, or interact with us in any way.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:

Personal Identification Information: When you make a purchase through our third-party payment processor (FastSpring), we may receive your name, email address, phone number, billing address, type of business, customer preferences, and transaction details necessary to fulfill your order and deliver your license. In some cases we require certain information from you to use particular features of the Site or Software.

Usage and Device Information: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Site, including: IP address; browser type and language; operating system; access time; duration of visit; pages viewed within the Site; pages viewed immediately before and after accessing the Site; referring website address; and information about whether you have opened an email or clicked a link in an email we sent you. We also collect information from referring sources such as advertising sites, blogs, and social media platforms. This information is collected using tools including Google Analytics and Google AdWords.

Communications: If you contact us by mail, email, telephone, text, fax, or through our support channels, we retain the content of those communications and your contact details in order to respond to you.

Mailing List: If you opt in to our mailing list, we collect your email address and any additional information you voluntarily provide (such as your name, company, and preferences). We use Mailchimp to manage mailing list communications.

Social Media and Public Content: Information from content you post or share publicly on discussion forums or other social media pages — including the content you post, your name, and a link to your profile — may be shared across our services and in other public or private areas of the internet.

Other Voluntary Information: We may collect information you provide when you participate in surveys, marketing promotions, or contests, or when you connect with us via social media or respond to one of our usage requests.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) process and fulfill your software purchase and deliver your license key; (b) communicate with you about your order, account, or support requests; (c) send marketing communications about our own products if you have opted in; (d) inform you about other products or services that may appeal to your interest in firearms training and shooting sports, where we believe this is relevant and you have not opted out; (e) improve our Site and Software through analytics; (f) keep you informed of new products, product modifications, and related information from LiteRange and its successors and assigns; and (g) comply with applicable laws and legal obligations, including responding to subpoenas or lawful government process, including for export compliance purposes.

4. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through FastSpring, our third-party Merchant of Record. LiteRange does not collect or store your payment card information. FastSpring’s handling of your payment data is governed by FastSpring’s own privacy policy, available at fastspring.com.

5. Sharing of Information

LiteRange does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside organizations for their own marketing or solicitation purposes without your consent. We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist us in operating our Site and delivering our products (including FastSpring, Mailchimp, and analytics providers), each bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations; (b) law enforcement or government authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, including for export compliance purposes; and (c) successors or assigns in the event of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience and gather analytics data. We also use pixel tracking and similar tools in our email communications to determine whether you have opened an email or clicked a link contained in it. A “lasso back” mechanism may also be used to reconnect with returning visitors. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. We do not use cookies for targeted third-party advertising without your consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Purchase and license records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the information provided below, subject to our legal obligations.

8. Your Rights and Opt-Out

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the information provided below. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you reside in California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We will process your opt-out request promptly. Please note that even after opting out of marketing, we may still send you transactional communications related to your purchase or account.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Software and Site are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
